This project involved the new construction of 3 story steel-framed office building. Structural steel columns and beams frame and support steel joists and decking for concrete slabs. (2) staircases and roof railings were also provided. Challenges in this job were proximity to train tracks, and site work being performed on the street, limiting our access to jobsite. Careful planning and precise execution were made to allow our crews to work continuously and safely.
